We don’t stop there. There’s no growth without evaluation and we’re always evaluating the entire recruitment process with both clients and candidates, including those who may not have been selected. This feedback is a valuable source of insight that drives continuous improvement and enhances our service. We conduct follow-ups at the 3, 6, and 12-month milestones after placement to assess the experience and progress of candidates, identifying and addressing any initial challenges that may arise as they integrate into a new organisation, providing support to both the candidate and the client.
